Job Title: Driver Supervisor

Location: GTA

Skills & Qualifications:

• 2-4 years of Supervisory experience
• The ability to supervise 4-5 drivers
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Effective communicator
• Clean driving abstract
• Must be comfortable driving a cube van
• Well rounded in the area of hiring, dismissing, disciplining and performance reviews
• Technical skills: knowledge of Microsoft office, Internet and Excel
• Candidate must be able to prepare reports and work within budget guidelines
• Previous customer service and sales experience an asset
• Strong leadership skills required
